## Regras

- Use async/await em todas as operações I/O — nunca `.Result` ou `.Wait()`
- Injete interfaces, não classes concretas
- Use `ILogger<T>` para logging estruturado
- Não exponha entidades do banco diretamente — use ViewModels/DTOs
- Mantenha controllers finos — lógica no Service layer
- Use `CancellationToken` em operações longas
- Prefira `record` para DTOs imutáveis
- Configure health checks para produção
